Donau.ma is a fashion brand creating limited women’s collections. The website showcases each drop with a clean lookbook and offers a seamless ordering experience powered by WooCommerce. We focused on mobile-first design, clear sizing, and fast checkout to help sell out limited stock efficiently.
Challenge & Solution
Challenge. Donau needed a storefront that builds urgency around limited drops, keeps the catalog elegant, and makes ordering simple on mobile. They also wanted easy product/variant management, size guides, and reliable order flows. Solution. We built a WordPress + WooCommerce site with:
- Drop-based collections (archive by release, “Sold Out” state, back-in-stock alerts)
- Lookbook layouts with quick-add to cart
- Variant/size management and size guide modal
- Fast checkout (guest checkout enabled, minimal fields, WhatsApp contact)
- Performance: image optimization, caching, lazy loading
Research
We analyzed Donau’s audience and competitors, mapped the drop cycle, and defined must-have flows: discover → lookbook → add to cart → fast checkout → confirmation.
Concept Design
We designed clean collection pages, a minimalist product template with size guide, and a conversion-focused cart/checkout. Micro-interactions highlight “limited” status and stock levels.
Implementation
Built on WordPress + WooCommerce with custom fields for releases, product variants, and badges. Integrated payments/shipping, email notifications, analytics, and SEO basics (schema, meta, clean URLs).
Our Process
We follow a clear sprint approach:
Discovery & content mapping (brand goals, release cadence)
Wireframes & UI kit (collection/product/checkout)
Development & performance pass (speed, image/CDN, cache)
QA on real devices (Android/iOS, Chrome/Safari)
Launch & handover (training, documentation)

Result Driven
The final store is visually refined, fast, and easy to buy from. Collections are presented like a lookbook yet optimized for conversion, with low-friction checkout and clear size guidance. The limited-drop structure helps sell through inventory while maintaining brand elegance.
- Brand-consistent UI with editorial feel
- Mobile-first UX (tap targets, sticky add-to-cart)
- Operational clarity (orders, variants, stock states)
